A friend of mine sent me this link. If you’ve been wanting to try LovingKindness meditation, otherwise known as metta meditation, then check it out today. The Insight Meditation Society is hosting a free course – a Metta Meditation and an online Community Gathering.
It’s a troubled time in the world, and this may help provide a little relief. At the least, you’ll spend a few extra minutes thinking about love and kindness. How could that be bad?
